Fast detection of blood clots using machine learning

Deep Vein Thrombosis

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This trial tests whether a machine learning algorithm can quickly detect deep vein thrombosis (blood clots) in people coming to the emergency room. It could help speed up diagnosis and treatment.

Testing a new tool to help diagnose blood clots

This trial tests a new computer tool that helps doctors decide whether you likely have a blood clot in your leg or lung. If you have symptoms and are not already on blood thinners, you may be able to join.

NCT05112705Recruiting
Finding deep vein clots early in ICU patients

This study focuses on diagnosing deep-vein thrombosis (DVT, blood clots in the leg) early in people who are very ill in the ICU. It aims to test an approach to better detect clots sooner, which could help prevent complications.

Ultrasound test for less-likely deep vein blood clots

This study looks at whether a certain ultrasound method can safely check for deep vein thrombosis (a blood clot in the leg) when the clot seems less likely. It may help doctors decide faster and avoid unnecessary testing in some people.

Thrombectomy treatment for new blood clots in the leg

This trial studies a procedure to remove an acute deep vein blood clot in the leg. It may help restore blood flow faster than standard treatment for certain clot locations.

Comparing two blood clot removal methods for leg clots

This trial compares two ways of doing a mechanical blood clot removal procedure for people with a new deep vein thrombosis (a blood clot in a deep vein, often in the leg). The goal is to see which method works better.
