  • You are pregnant and planning to deliver vaginally
  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your pregnancy is more than 32 weeks along
  • You have heavy bleeding after birth that doesn't stop with standard treatments (like medicine or massage)
  • Your delivery will be at one of the study hospitals in Colombia
