  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You agree to take part and sign a consent form.
  • You complete an online survey about your exercise habits and health.
  • You have been training in your sport (equestrian, CrossFit, gym, or other sport) for at least 2 years.
  • You train at least 2 times per week in that sport.
  • You do not have a neurological condition that affects your ability to move.
