  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have a nerve-related condition (like multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, or Parkinson's) that affects your bladder
  • You have been taking a urinary treatment for more than 3 months
  • Your treatment has not changed in the last 2 weeks
  • You can read, write, and understand French
