Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with opioid use disorder (addiction to opioids).
- You are currently getting medication for opioid use disorder at a UK HealthCare or University of Kentucky clinic.
- You have been on a steady dose of buprenorphine, buprenorphine/naloxone, or naloxone for at least 30 days.
- You have a history of childhood trauma (the study will check with a short questionnaire).
- You are not currently taking certain heart, blood pressure, steroid, or immune medications.
- You do not practice mindfulness meditation for 10 minutes or more each week.
