Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) from a doctor or a detailed phone screening
- You are willing to fill out surveys to check if the program works for you
- Your score on the Social Responsiveness Scale (a questionnaire about social skills) is 60 or higher
- You have not had severe behavior issues, suicidal thoughts, or a recent major mood episode or psychiatric hospital stay in the last 6 months
- You do not have a history of intellectual disability or a low score on a thinking ability test
