Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old and generally healthy based on your medical history and a physical exam.
- You need to be willing and able to have an MRI scan (no metal implants, pacemaker, or other metal in your body).
- You cannot have any current psychiatric condition, such as depression or anxiety.
- You must not have a history of seizures (except a fever-related seizure in childhood).
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must not have HIV or recent radiation exposure from other research scans.
- You must be able to lie still on a scanner bed for up to 2 hours and not be claustrophobic.
