This study tests a web-based app to help Latina women in Los Angeles or Orange County who are feeling anxious or depressed. If you are not currently in therapy or on medication, you may be able to join from home using your smartphone or computer.

- You are a Latina woman (from or with family ties to Latin America).
- You live in Los Angeles County or Orange County, California.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You can read, speak, and write in English or Spanish.
- You have felt anxious or depressed most days in the past two weeks (or a score of 10 or higher on a standard anxiety/depression questionnaire).
- You are not currently in therapy or taking medication for mental health, and you haven't used mental health services in the past 6 months.
