Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) that has spread outside your liver.
- You have not received any systemic therapy (like chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy) for your liver cancer before.
- You have had a TACE procedure (a liver tumor-blocking treatment) either within 3 months before or after starting your first dose of immunotherapy or anti-angiogenesis drugs.
- After the TACE procedure, you received at least 1 cycle of a combination therapy with an immunotherapy drug (PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor) and an anti-angiogenesis drug (like those used for HCC).
- You have measurable tumors in your liver that can be seen on imaging.
- You do not have other types of liver cancer (such as cholangiocarcinoma, fibrolamellar, sarcomatoid, or mixed types), and you do not have severe liver impairment (Child-Pugh C) or poor performance status (PS > 2).
