Who can take part

  • You are between 15 and 24 years old.
  • You have significant social anxiety (scoring above 24 on a standard questionnaire).
  • You do not have photosensitive epilepsy.
  • You do not have severe vision, hearing, or balance problems.
  • You are not currently in another intensive talk therapy program.
  • You do not have active plans to harm yourself.
