This study is testing a new, non-invasive urine test that looks for specific DNA changes (methylation patterns) to find bladder cancer early. If you have bladder cancer or are a healthy person willing to help, you may be able to join.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have been diagnosed with bladder cancer (either early-stage or muscle-invasive) OR you are a healthy volunteer without a history of bladder cancer.
- You are able to follow the study procedures (like giving urine samples and signing consent forms).
- If you have bladder cancer, it must not have spread to other organs (metastatic).
- If you are a healthy volunteer, you cannot have had bladder cancer in the past or be suspected of having any cancer, and you cannot be on treatments that could affect urine test results.
