Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 8 years and 9 years 11 months old.
  • English must be your child's main language.
  • Your child must pass a hearing test.
  • Your child must not have ADHD, autism, a brain injury, or other neurological conditions.
  • If your child has a language disorder, they need a certain score on a language test. If your child has typical language development, they need a different score.
