Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has the specific KRAS G12 or other RAS mutation the study needs
  • Your tumor DNA must be identified by a DNA test (sequencing) done on tumor tissue (or as required by the study)
  • You are either newly diagnosed for this cancer (treatment-naive) or have already had the standard treatment for your cancer type
  • You are well enough to participate (ECOG performance status 0–1, meaning you can do most normal activity)
  • Your blood and organ tests show adequate kidney, liver, and bone marrow function (per study lab requirements)
  • You should not have certain brain cancer situations, and you must be able to swallow and absorb an oral medicine
