This study tests a new treatment that uses your own immune cells (T cells) modified to attack the hepatitis B virus, combined with standard antiviral medication. It is for people with chronic hepatitis B who have a specific HLA type and no advanced liver scarring.

ASC22 with peginterferon to cure chronic hepatitis B

This trial tests whether combining ASC22 with peginterferon can help people with chronic hepatitis B achieve a functional cure (clearing the virus for good). It's for patients whose HBsAg levels are very low and who are already on stable treatment.

Combination treatment aimed to cure chronic hepatitis B

This Phase 2 study tests a combination therapy to help people with chronic hepatitis B reach a “functional cure,” meaning the hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) is lost for a sustained period. If you qualify, you’ll be closely monitored to see how well the treatment works and whether it’s safe for you.

New combo therapy for chronic hepatitis B

This trial tests a new medicine (VIR-2218) combined with a standard injection (peginterferon) to see if it can better control chronic hepatitis B. It may be an option if your virus levels are low and you haven't had recent treatment.

NCT06961617Recruiting· Phase 1
Immune cell therapy for advanced hepatitis B-related liver cancer

This trial tests a new immune cell therapy (LioCyx-M) for people with advanced liver cancer caused by hepatitis B. It uses specially designed T cells (a type of immune cell) that target the hepatitis B virus and may help fight the cancer.
