This trial studies whether nicotinamide (a form of vitamin B3/niacin) can slow or affect glaucoma progression. You may be eligible if you have newly diagnosed, untreated glaucoma or if you have treated glaucoma with measurable visual field changes.
This trial tests whether a vitamin B3 supplement called nicotinamide can help slow down vision loss in people with glaucoma. It is for those with moderate disease who are already on treatment.
This trial tests whether a dietary supplement (DHA + citicoline) can help protect vision in people with glaucoma. You may qualify if you have confirmed glaucoma in at least one eye and are between 50 and 75 years old.
This Phase 3 trial tests whether citicoline 2% eye drops can help slow worsening of the visual field in adults with open-angle glaucoma. If you qualify, you would be monitored with repeated eye tests to see if your vision field stays more stable over time.
This trial tests whether NAD precursor supplements can improve nerve health and vision in people with glaucoma. If you have glaucoma with mild to moderate vision loss, this study may help understand if these supplements could protect your optic nerve.
This trial tests whether nicotinamide (a form of vitamin B3) can slow vision changes from open-angle glaucoma. It compares nicotinamide versus a placebo (inactive pill) in adults with early to moderate disease.
