Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old and have been diagnosed with metastatic pancreatic cancer (cancer that has spread) or pancreatic cancer that has come back after surgery.
- You have either not had any treatment for your cancer yet, or you have only received gemcitabine-based chemotherapy as your first treatment and it stopped working.
- You are able to do light activities (like walking or housework) without help.
- You can provide a fresh sample of your tumor tissue (from a biopsy or surgery) to help create a personalized vaccine.
- Your heart, liver, and kidneys are working normally, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You do not have other serious medical conditions like active infections, autoimmune diseases, or other cancers (except certain cured ones).
