Who can take part

  • You must have advanced (spread or cannot be removed) cancer of the digestive system, such as stomach, colon, pancreas, or liver.
  • Standard treatments must have stopped working, or you couldn't take them due to side effects, or you chose not to take them.
  • You need to be between 18 and 75 years old and your doctor expects you to live at least 6 more months.
  • You must have tumor tissue available for genetic analysis (either a fresh sample or previous test results).
  • Your overall health and organ function (heart, liver, kidneys, blood counts) must be within study limits—your study doctor will check this.
  • You cannot have serious infections (like tuberculosis, hepatitis B/C, HIV), untreated brain metastases, or certain heart or lung diseases.
