Who can take part
- You must be a woman aged 18 to 70 years old.
- You have advanced triple-negative breast cancer that has gotten worse after at least one and up to four previous treatments, including a type of chemo called a taxane or anthracycline.
- You can swallow tablets.
- You are able to do daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0-1).
- You have not taken certain drugs before, such as anti-angiogenic drugs (like Avastin) or eribulin, or certain immune therapies (like CTLA-4, Tim-3, LAG-3 blockers).
