Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 18 or older.
  • Your breast cancer is triple-negative and has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
  • You have had at most one previous chemotherapy treatment for metastatic breast cancer.
  • You have been treated with a type of chemotherapy called an anthracycline (like doxorubicin) or a taxane (like paclitaxel) in the past.
  • You have a tumor that can be measured on scans, and your bone marrow, liver, and kidneys are working well enough.
