  • Your child is 18 to 24 months old
  • Has already had 3 doses of DTaP vaccine but not the fourth
  • Has already had one dose of MMR vaccine but not the second
  • Has never had a chickenpox vaccine or chickenpox disease
  • Does not have serious health problems, weak immune system, or recent fever
  • Has not used certain strong medicines or blood products recently
