  • Your child is between 15 months and 12 years old.
  • Your child has already had one chickenpox vaccine at 12 months of age (must show vaccination card or records).
  • Your child has never had chickenpox disease.
  • Your child has not been near someone with chickenpox in the last 4 weeks.
  • Your child is generally healthy and not taking medications that weaken the immune system.
