Who can take part
- You are between 20 and 60 years old and see a doctor as an outpatient.
- You have been diagnosed with cervical spondylosis (a type of neck arthritis).
- Your neck pain level is between 3 and 8 on a 0-10 scale.
- Your neck pain started no more than 4 weeks ago.
- You are willing to join and sign a consent form.
