Who can take part

  • You have shoulder pain that is related to your rotator cuff.
  • You saw a general doctor for this shoulder pain in the last 6 weeks.
  • You must not have had a recent injury to your arm or shoulder that is linked to this pain.
  • You cannot have a neurological or rheumatic condition affecting your shoulder.
  • You must not have frozen shoulder now or in the past.
  • You cannot have advanced arthritis in your shoulder joint.
  • You have not had surgery on the affected shoulder.
