  • You are an athlete (train or compete regularly).
  • You have had low back pain for more than 3 months.
  • Your pain is at least a 4 on a 0–10 scale.
  • You train more than 5 times a week.
  • Your back pain is not new or sudden (acute).
  • You do not have nerve-related symptoms like weakness, numbness, or pain shooting down your leg.
