Who can take part

  • You are an adult (18 years or older) with mild to moderate teeth grinding or clenching, confirmed by a dentist
  • You have tenderness in your jaw muscles when pressed (grade 1 or 2 on a scale of 0 to 3)
  • You have mild to moderate pain in the muscles around your jaw joint that bothers you in the morning
  • You have not had Botox or PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injections for this problem in the last 6 months
  • You do not have advanced gum disease, a fixed dental splint, or any neck or spine postural issues
  • You are not pregnant, under psychiatric care, or have Parkinson's disease, or any major vision or hearing problems
