  • You are in your 32nd week of pregnancy.
  • You have a single, low-risk pregnancy (no multiples or conditions like preeclampsia or gestational diabetes).
  • You can see, hear, and communicate normally.
  • You know Turkish and can read and write.
  • You have no planned cesarean section due to complications.
  • You have no history of psychiatric illness.
