  • You are between 18 and 49 years old.
  • This is your first pregnancy.
  • You are at least 20 weeks pregnant with a single baby.
  • You have no vision or hearing problems and can talk comfortably.
  • You do not have a history of a psychiatric disorder (like anxiety or mood disorder).
