Who can take part

  • You are fully active or only slightly limited in daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your cancer has spread and cannot be removed with surgery, and standard treatments no longer work or are not available for you.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (this is not required for the first part of the study).
  • Your blood counts, organ function (liver, kidneys, etc.), and heart function are adequate.
  • Side effects from previous treatments have mostly resolved (except for hair loss, tiredness, or nerve damage).
  • You do not have serious heart disease, WRN syndrome, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
