  • You must work full-time for the Unified Fire Authority (UFA).
  • Your fire crew must be approved by the UFA board for this study.
  • You cannot be using insulin or have a diabetes diagnosis.
  • You cannot be on a keto or intermittent fasting diet.
  • You cannot be taking glucocorticoids, antibiotics, or benzodiazepines occasionally.
