This trial tests whether a sensor-guided compression system improves healing for venous leg ulcers. If you have a chronic leg ulcer and are already using compression therapy, you may qualify.
This study tests a skin-measurement method (bioimpedance) to monitor how venous leg ulcers heal while using standard compression therapy. It may help the study team track healing sooner and more accurately so treatment can be adjusted if needed.
This study compares two compression bandage systems (Mepi™ Press 2 and UrgoK2®) to treat venous leg ulcers—sores caused by poor circulation in the legs. We want to see if one bandage works as well as or better than the other at helping these ulcers heal.
This study looks at whether using leg compression and a CO2 laser after lower-leg wound surgery helps wounds heal better. You may be a candidate if you have a sizeable lower-leg wound that will be treated with a specific type of surgical healing plan.
This trial tests a new wound dressing for leg ulcers. It aims to see if the dressing helps manage fluid and heal the ulcer better than standard care. You may be a candidate if you have a leg ulcer that needs compression therapy.
This trial tests whether a new cleansing solution (Vashe) is better than a standard saline solution for treating leg ulcers that show signs of infection, like redness or pain. If you have a venous or mixed leg ulcer with these signs, this study may help improve your wound healing.
