- You are 18 years old or older
- You smoke at least 5 cigarettes every day
- You have an Android or iPhone and are willing to use it during the study
- You have a valid email address
- You do not have bipolar disorder or a psychotic disorder
- You do not have a current alcohol or drug addiction problem
- You have not completed a smoking cessation treatment (psychological or medication) in the past year
