Who can take part

  • You are 21 years old or older.
  • You smoke at least 10 cigarettes every day.
  • You have been smoking daily for at least 2 years, and your smoking has been steady over the past 6 months.
  • You want to quit smoking and you're ready to pick a quit date within the next month.
  • You have an iPhone or Android smartphone that can run study apps.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
  • You are not currently using any other stop-smoking treatments or products (like nicotine gum, patches, or e-cigarettes).
