  • You are 65 years old or older.
  • You live in your own home (not in a nursing home or hospital).
  • You speak Mandarin Chinese fluently.
  • You have internet access.
  • You have a messaging app on your smartphone (or are willing to download one).
  • You do not have a memory or thinking problem (like dementia).
  • You are able to do moderate exercise like brisk walking.
  • No one else in your household is taking part in this same study.
