  • You are age 65 or older and generally in good health
  • You own a smartphone and can use it to download and open apps
  • You are able to wear and use a Fitbit (or similar activity tracker) regularly
  • You are able to exercise regularly without physical limitations that would prevent movement or activity
  • You do not have a diagnosis of dementia or significant memory loss
