Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your cancer must be a specific type called CD19-positive B-ALL that has returned or not improved after treatment.
- You must have evidence of cancer cells in your bone marrow (more than 5% abnormal cells or minimal residual disease at 0.01% or higher).
- Your liver and kidney function must be within certain limits, and your platelet count must be at least 20,000.
- You must not have active infections or serious heart or brain conditions, and you must be able to give informed consent.
