Who can take part
- You are between 20 and 35 years old, or over 50.
- If you are a woman aged 20-35, you have never given birth. If you are a woman over 50, you have given birth vaginally at least once.
- You are not pregnant.
- You do not have an active, untreated bladder infection.
- You have no anal or rectal symptoms or surgery.
- You can give written permission to join the study.
