Test urethral pressure measurements in children with bladder control issues

Who can take part

  • Be 7 to 16 years old
  • Have an adult caregiver present to give consent (you cannot be unaccompanied)
  • Have your specific bladder-care test plan (VCMG) as part of your routine medical care
  • If the test needs a catheter, you can either do intermittent catheter use or safely use Entonox (laughing gas)
  • Not have a current urine infection on the day of the urethral pressure profile test
  • No prior bladder outlet or urethral surgery
