This Phase 3 trial tests a combination of famitinib (a cancer drug that targets blood vessel growth) with immunotherapy drugs in people with newly diagnosed advanced triple-negative breast cancer that has spread or cannot be fully removed. It aims to improve how long patients live and how well the cancer responds.
This Phase 2 trial tests a treatment for people with triple-negative breast cancer that has come back or spread and has continued to progress despite earlier therapies. It may help by trying a new approach in patients who still have enough health to safely receive more treatment.
This trial tests a combination of two targeted drugs—sacituzumab tirumotecan and anlotinib—for people with triple-negative breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery and has already been treated with at least one prior therapy. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow disease progression.
This study tests a new drug combination (BL-B01D1 plus an immunotherapy) for people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer who have not had prior treatment for their advanced disease. The goal is to see if the combination works better at shrinking or controlling the cancer.
This Phase 1/2 study tests a new oral drug (BLEX 404) together with docetaxel to see how safe it is and how well it works for people with advanced or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer. If you qualify, you would receive docetaxel by plan and also take BLEX 404 by mouth each day.
This Phase 2 trial tests a treatment plan for triple-negative breast cancer that has come back or kept progressing after prior immunotherapy (sometimes along with targeted therapy or chemotherapy). It may help by trying to make the cancer more controllable when it has become resistant to earlier treatment.
