  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • Your weight and height put your BMI between 28 and 40 (overweight to obesity).
  • Your waist is at least 35 inches (women) or 40 inches (men).
  • You are willing to take a capsule every day and eat the meal kits provided.
  • You have not taken antibiotics or probiotics in the past month, and will not during the study.
  • You do not have certain serious health conditions (like diabetes, heart disease, or autoimmune disease) and are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
