Who can take part
- 18 years or older
- At least 8 weeks since breaking your wrist (whether or not you had surgery)
- Finished regular hand therapy but your wrist still feels very stiff
- Wrist can only bend or straighten half as much as the other wrist
- Can attend follow-up visits and follow the home splint program
- No other wrist problems, complex pain syndrome, or skin allergies to splint materials
