Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You had surgery for a broken wrist (distal radius fracture) within the last 2 weeks.
  • You speak English.
  • You do not have a nerve or movement problem in your arm from before the fracture.
  • You do not have memory or thinking problems that would make it hard to report how you are doing.
  • You do not have serious mental health issues that would affect reporting.
  • You do not have other injuries to the same arm or both arms.
  • You have not broken the same wrist before.
  • You are not currently getting hand therapy for another injury.
