Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor that cannot be fully removed with surgery and has spread to other parts of your body.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (like a CT or MRI).
  • You are able to take oral medications and are generally in good enough health to walk and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have adequate organ and bone marrow function (checked by blood tests).
  • You agree to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant, for up to 8 months after treatment ends.
