Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must be well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must be able to provide a recent or archived tumor tissue sample.
  • You cannot have untreated brain metastases or active infections.
  • You must not be pregnant or nursing, and you must use birth control if needed.
