  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with gastric cancer (confirmed by tissue or cell sample).
  • Your overall health is fair (ECOG score 0-2, meaning you can do daily activities with some help if needed).
  • You have not received PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor treatment before.
  • You are expected to live at least 3 more months.
  • You are willing to follow the study plan and give signed consent.
