Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your cancer must be advanced or metastatic, and you must have tried standard treatments without success, or no standard treatment is available.
  • You should be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1), which means you are up and about more than half the day.
  • You must be willing to provide a tumor sample from a previous biopsy or get a new one.
  • You cannot have had other cancers in the last 5 years, except for certain skin cancers or early-stage cervical cancer.
  • You must not have had any major cancer treatments (like chemo, radiation, or surgery) in the past 4 weeks before starting the drug.
