Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body and has not responded to standard treatment.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured by scans or tests.
  • You are able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Your major organs, like your heart, liver, and kidneys, are working well enough.
  • You have not lost a lot of weight in the last 28 days, had certain types of radiation or other cancer treatments recently, or had a serious infection requiring hospitalization or IV antibiotics in the last few weeks.
