Who can take part
- You have stage IA2, IB, or II non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that was completely removed by surgery.
- Your blood tests (MRD) after surgery show no detectable cancer cells (two separate tests).
- Your doctor expects you to live at least 2 more years.
- You are in good physical condition (able to perform daily activities with little or no help, ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You agree to have a blood test for MRD every 3 months for 2 years after surgery.
- You have not had chemotherapy, radiation, or other cancer treatments before surgery.
