Who can take part
- You have stage IIIB or IV non-small cell lung cancer (cancer that has spread).
- You have a gene change (such as EGFR, ALK, C-MET, ROS, RET, or HER2).
- You are about to start your first targeted therapy for this cancer.
- You have a good ability to do daily activities (ECOG score 0-2).
- You have at least one tumor marker that is more than three times the normal level (such as CEA, CA-199, CA-125, NSE, SCCAg, or CYFRA21-1).
- You have tumors that can be measured on scans, are 18 or older, and have adequate blood, liver, and kidney function.
