- You are a woman between 25 and 39 years old
- You get your gynecologic care at one of the listed NYU Langone Health locations
- You have never had ovarian, fallopian tube, primary peritoneal, or uterine cancer
- You have not had genetic testing for ovarian cancer risk before (home saliva kits like 23andMe are okay)
- You have not had both ovaries and fallopian tubes removed
- You are not pregnant or within 2 weeks of giving birth at the time of your visit
