Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have an advanced solid tumor that cannot be surgically removed and has not responded to standard treatments, or you cannot have those treatments.
  • You must be willing to provide a tumor sample (from a past biopsy or a new one) for testing a marker called CLDN18.2.
  • You must be able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • You must not have had certain cancer treatments (chemotherapy, radiation, targeted therapy, etc.) or major surgery within the last 28 days.
  • You must not have active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, syphilis, or HIV.
